Cesar Parra
​Cesar Parra is the Evangelism and Missions Team Leader for CNBC. He has served in church planting with NAMB in Toronto, helped plant churches in Calgary, Cochrane Alberta and in Europe. He and his family served as IMB Missionaries in Spain. Cesar has developed this evangelism training for churches and for youth in order to start an evangelistic movement across Canada and the world. He has been a pastor for 20 years and currently one of the pastors of Iglesia Bautista Emanuel Calgary. He graduated with a Degree in Graphic Design-Advertising and with a Master of Divinity at the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary. He is married to Mary and has three children; Rebecca, David and Samuel.

Michael Lew
Michael has been a youth leader at Vancouver Chinese Baptist Church for 7 years, and has served as a member of the SYC leadership team for over a decade. He has a passion to know and love Jesus, and to make Him known. Michael has a heart for the youth of Canada, and desires to see a generation of faithful Christ followers who will preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to this nation.
